Coconut Rum Punch Recipe
  1. Ice (as needed)
  2. 2. Fluid ounces rum
  3. 2 Fluid ounces pineapple coconut juice
  4. 1/2 Lime, juiced
  5. 1 Tablespoon agave syrup
  6. Ginger Ale or Sprite (as needed)
  7. 1 Lime slice
  8. 1/3 Pineapple ring
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add rum, coconut pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake until the outside of shaker is frosted, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into a glass filled with ice, and top off with ginger ale or sprite. Garnish with lime and pineapple.
