- Ice (as needed)
- 2. Fluid ounces rum
- 2 Fluid ounces pineapple coconut juice
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- 1 Tablespoon agave syrup
- Ginger Ale or Sprite (as needed)
- 1 Lime slice
- 1/3 Pineapple ring
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add rum, coconut pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake until the outside of shaker is frosted, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass filled with ice, and top off with ginger ale or sprite. Garnish with lime and pineapple.
