Coconut Water Margarita

Nothing says summer like a refreshing Coconut Water Margarita. This light and tropical cocktail blends coconut water and tequila for a smooth, beachy vibe. To make it even better, add a few slices of crisp cucumber and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes. It's the perfect drink to sip on a hot day

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Silver Tequila
  • 1 ounce Orange Liqueur Grand Marnier, Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 teaspoons Agave Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Lime juiced
  • 3 ounces Coconut Water
  • 2 slices Cucumber (optional)
  • 2 slices Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Coconut Flakes
  • 1 /2  teaspoon Minced Mint
  • Rim: Tajin seasoning margarita salt, coconut flakes or sanding sugar
  • Garnish: Mint sprig lime wedge or cucumber slice as garnish

Method
 

  1. Rim a low ball glass with Tajin spice, margarita salt, sanding sugar or toasted coconut flakes.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Add 2 slices of cucumber and 2 slices of limes. Push them down into the ice in the glass (don't lay them on top).
  4. Add handful of ice, mint, tequila, orange liquor, lime juice, coconut water, and agave to a shaker. Shake until the outside of shaker is chilled.
  5. Strain into your cocktail glass.
  6. Top with toasted coconut flakes.
  7. Add garnishes.
